Dating With no date of publication on the colophon, some conjecture was needed here. I follow the dating conjecture of NLI's annonymous bibliographer as cited by BHB, according to which this edition of the Kimḥi diḳduḳ would have been printed midway between the first edition we know printed by Gershom of the book [Hebrew year 5268, or 1507-1508] and the third Soncino edition we know of [Hebrew year 5279, or 1518-1519]. Thus the conjectured dating is simply a middle point between the two.
