Dating The colophon is not dated and mentions Salonica as the place of publication. However Vilensky extrapolates from the fact that Soncino mentions it was "first printed" in Hebrew year 5293 [רצ״ג] that it was, in fact, printed in Hebrew year 5294 [רצ״ד]. If we follow that logic, the place of publication would have been Constantinople, where all of Soncino's other publications of that period were printed.
